If you like to learn at your own pace, a visual learner, an audio learner, and revisit the lessons/videos, then YES! Online courses are perfect for you! However, with every course, whether in-person or online, you, as a professional, are held accountable to continue the practical work. Once you have completed a curriculum, that should not mean the learning and progress ends there. New information and technique, can not be 100% absorbed nor perfected at the end of a curriculum. It requires oneself to put in repetitive work before you can fine-tune and execute the new information you have learned.
This curriculum is to provide adequate information to help an artist extend their education. However, if you want to obtain a certificate of completion for training, you must complete an apprenticeship for this program. The learning within the apprenticeship will consist of completing a questionnaire exam with an 80% or higher, troubleshooting/scenario exam with 80% or higher, and 101 practical work with the instructor's guidance for a duration of 5 days (40hours). We require the completion of an apprenticeship to feel confident that you can be self-sufficient and be successful with the new education/technique you have learned. Going through an apprenticeship with a master, the artist will guarantee that you will be able to execute your technique as a professional with confidence. Therefore, a certificate cannot be a guarantee at the end of this course.
